TERMS AND CONDITIONS for traveling with Explore, Inc.

Traveling with EXPLORE, Inc. implies acceptance of the following conditions:
Payment Schedule
Cost of trip: $5,995 per person
Single supplement: $775, if applicable
20% deposit DUE upon registration: $1,200
Final Payment DUE by May 28, 2012

Failure to pay within this time shall operate as a fundamental breach of these booking terms and conditions and EXPLORE shall thereupon cease to have any liability to its client in respect to the booking. The client will be liable to EXPLORE for any contractual obligations it has undertaken on behalf of the client. This payment schedule is for land costs and internal Africa scheduled flights and charters (no international airfare or internal Africa commercial airfare).
Refunds and Cancellation:
The 20% deposit is refundable, minus a $500 fee, up until May 27; thereafter it becomes non- refundable Should the decision to cancel the trip come from EXPLORE, all monies paid will be refunded Cancellation from May 28-July 25, 2012, 70% of total trip cost is forfeited
Cancellation from July 26, 2012 to trip start date, 100% forfeiture of total trip cost
Note: EXPLORE, may at its discretion, make an adjustment in the trip cost if there is a significant devaluation of the US dollar compared to the local (i.e. the country the client is travelling to) currency rate from the time the clients’ deposits are paid up to 90 days prior to the trip departure date. EXPLORE will inform the client of an adjustment without delay and use its best endeavors to do so. If the client chooses not to travel as a result of a currency adjustment, the client may be subject to a forfeiture of the deposit based upon the cancellation policy found above.
EXPLORE will not cancel a tour after the client has paid in full unless it becomes necessary to do so as a result of hostilities, war or threat of war, civil war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist unrest (active or threatened), natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or if a group tour does not have enough participants to make it economically viable or because of any other adverse happening beyond the control of EXPLORE (this decision shall be at the absolute discretion of EXPLORE). Full payment will be refunded in case of the above ifalternatives cannot be found. In the event of any cancellation, EXPLORE will inform the client without delay and use its best endeavors to offer suitable and comparable alternatives.
Consent to Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between EXPLORE and you, the client, to the total exclusion of any other terms and conditions except as provided in other EXPLORE documents. Please sign below indicating that you have thoroughly read, understand and agree to all of these terms.
